PLC control for an industrial cleaning installation
A specialised automation company engaged ATR Engineering to develop the PLC software for an industrial rinsing and cleaning installation. The installation uses a Siemens S7-1500F safety controller and operates a series of valves, pumps and sensors in a precisely defined sequence.
We programmed the complete rinsing sequences, the safety logic and the interface with the operator panel. In addition to the standard functionality, further extensions were implemented, including additional valve positions and configurable process parameters. The project was successfully completed and has been put into production.
